자외선과 X-선을 조사한 콩나물 평가

국문 초록

본 연구는 콩나물 콩에 방사선과 자외선을 조사하여 콩나물로 성장하는 발육상태를 비교 분석 하였다. 비교분석을 위하여 10일 동안 자외선과 X-선을 조사하여 뿌리의 길이를 측정하여 발육 특성을 평가하였다. X-선을 조사한 콩나물의 발육상태가 가장 우수하며, 암실에서 키운 콩나물의 발육상태가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 자외선 조상 의한 콩나물의 발육과 성장은 읿반적인 콩나물 성장보다는 빠르지만 푸른색을 나타내어 콩나물로서의 품질에 부정적인 경향을 나타내었다. 즉, 저 선량, 저에너지의 X-선 조사는 콩나물의 발육과 성장을 촉진하는 것으로 나타나 콩나물의 조기 성장을 위한 자료로 활용되어질 것으로 판단되어진다.

영문 초록

In this study, X-ray and ultraviolet were applied to beans with sprouts, and their conditions of growth into sprouts were compared and analyzed. For the comparison and analysis, ultraviolet and X-ray were irradiated for ten days, and then the growth features of the beans were assessed by measuring the lengths of their roots. It was found out that the bean sprouts to which X-ray was applied had the best condition of growth, and those grown in a dark room had the worst condition. On the other hand, the bean sprouts to which ultraviolet were applied were proved to grow faster than normal ones, but their colors were bluish, so they had a negative tendency for the quality as bean sprouts. In other words, the low dose radiation and lower energy was proved to stimulate bean sprouts growth, so it's expected to be used as the data for fast growth of bean sprouts.
