허리뼈 수술환자의 정 측면 영상을 얻기 위한 촬영법 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 어떤 원인에서 허리뼈의 압박골절, 분쇄골절 및 탈구 골절 된 병변들을 가진 환자들은 정형외과에서 허리뼈에 스텐트 삽입 수술을 하는데 수술과정에서 두 개의 스프린트를 삽입 하게 된다. 그리고 수술 성공여부 판독하기 위해서 수술 후 반드시 허리뼈 일반촬영 요구를 하는데 이 과정에서 허리뼈 정면사진과 측면사진을 촬영하고 있다. 그러나 허리뼈 정면촬영에서는 어려움이 없으나 측면촬영 영상에서 두 스텐트가 하나의 일직선으로 맞는 촬영한 영상을 요구한다. 그래서 본 연구자는 엑스선 일반촬영 기기 및 인체 팬톰을 이용하여 두 개의 스텐트를 삽입하고 엑스선관 각도를 변경하고 인체 팬톰을 내측기울기, 외측기울기하여 스텐트 일진석 여불를 실험 연구 하였다. 실험 결과 엑스선관 각도는 수직(90°) 또한 인체팬톰을 수직(90°)로 촬영하는 것이 가장 정확한 스텐트 겹침 영상을 얻었다.

영문 초록

(A)Study in any kind of cause, the patients having the lesions which the compression fracture of the lumbar vertebra and comminuted fracture and dislocation is fractured operate on the stent in placement operation in the orthopedics to the lumbar vertebra and insert two sprints in the operative procedure. And certainly by mouth demands the lumber bertebra general radiography request and in order to read the yes or no on operation success in this process, the lumbar vertebra Anterior-Posterior radiograpy and lateral radiograpy is taken a picture of However, in the lumbar vertebra Anterior radiography, there is no difficulty but 2 stents request one shot image fitted in a straight line in the Posterior radiography image. So, by using the X-rays general radiograpy instrument and human body phantom slept this research, the shovel admission high X-ray tube angle two stents were changed and the internal and external did the human body phantom and the experiment studied the stent straight line yes or no. The experimental result X-ray tube angle overlapped the exactest stent to take a radiograpy the human body phantom with the verticality(90°), the verticality (90°) obtained the image.
