영문 초록

Creation of a global industry is urgent in our country. Bilateral trade at free trade agreements etc has become a prominent international Business situation surrounding Japan.　 Further, Breakthrough of Chinese companies of economic growth remarkable. The impact on Japan is very large. Tend to retreat Japanese companies that were jumping in the world market. The standard of Japanese products is a state of Galapagos. Excessive inclination to the Japanese standards (JIS) is one of the factors. As is well known, that seen a noticeable impact in the white goods products. Conclusion of an FTA (Free Trade Agreement) with the aim of globalization of Korean companies has accelerated the momentum. Having said so, Nominal GDP of South Korea is less than one‐fifth of Japan and 11,558.7 (US billion $).　Among other things. Nominal GDP of China is become 82,270.4 (US billion $), and it is the second in the world to unplug Japan. This is immeasurable big impact. Leap Forward of China can be seen in all over of the world. In Japan, a premise for employees is to work until the mandatory retirement age at one company, with salary and rank going up in accordance with the number of years one works there. The labor unions, too, which are organized within the company, work well in the coexistence and co‐prosperity between labor and management, but those three principal elements were formerly the foundation for the development of the Japanese economy. However, with the long recession, the lifetime employment system and the seniority system that created the root and trunk of the Japanese economy are collapsing. And the Great East Japan Earthquake, and factory area flooding in Thailand becomes due, full‐scale corporate restructuring was performed for the first time in Japan.
