국문 초록

이 논문은 강임호(2005)의 정보통신산업과 여타산업의 2부문 이론모형에 양 산업 간의 중간재 교역과 해외부문을 포함시켰다. 산업연관표 상의 중간재 거래자료와 경상수지상의 순수출 자료를 이용하여, 정보통신산업과 여타산업의 생산(GDP) 및 소비의 성장률, 물가지수의 성장률 등의 실제값과 수치해석(numerical analysis)을 통한 값을 일치시켰다. 이러한 방법을 통 해 기존모형의 문제점을 해결하여, 정보통신산업의 생산비중이 소비비중보다 빨리 증가하는 현상을 이론적으로 보일 수 있었다. 이 논문의 기여는 성장주력산업과 여타산업이 있을 때 전자가 후자로부터 중간재를 순수입하고, 또 전자는 해외부문으로 순수출하고 후자는 순수입하여 경제전체의 효용을 극대화하는 양 산업의 관계를 경제이론적으로 보였다는 것이다.

영문 초록

This paper upgrades the existing 2 sector model by including foreign sector and the exchange of intermediary goods between two sectors. Employing numerical analysis with the data from the input-output table for intermediary goods and from the balance of payment, the simulated data are matched to the real data for the price index and the growth rate of two industry's production and consumption. It is shown that this kind of process solves the problem of the existing model that the increasing speed of production weight of ICT industry is almost same as that of its consumption weight, and so shows that the former is increasing faster than the latter. The contribution of this paper is to theoretically show the rich dynamic interplay between the growth-leading industry and other industries that the former net-imports intermediary goods from the latter, and the former net-exports and the latter net-imports.
