홀리스틱 교육의 관점에서 초등학생의 스포츠클럽 참여와 학교생활만족도와의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 홀리스틱교육의 관점에서 바라볼 때 초등학생이 학교스포츠클럽활동 참여하였을 때 학교생활만족도에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 조사한 연구이다. 초등학교 6학년 학생들의 인구통계학적 변인에 따른 학교스포츠클럽 참여 여부, 학교생활만족도 수준을 하위요인별로 조사하였고,학교스포츠클럽 참여 여부 및 형태에 따라 하위요인 6가지로 설정하여 전체학교생활만족도를 연구하였다. 이 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 변인이 초등학생의 학교스포츠클럽 참여에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 둘째, 학교스포츠클럽 참여가 초등학생의 학교생활만족도 향상에 매우 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 학교스포츠클럽 참여 형태는 초등학생의 학교생활만족도 향상에영향을 미친다. 이와 같은 결과들을 종합하여 볼 때 초등학생의 학교스포츠클럽 참여는 학교생활만족도를 높이는 데에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The subject of this study is how the participation in sport clubs affects on the school life satisfaction of elementary school students interpreted from the perspectives of holistic education. I researched the participation in sports clubs by demographic variables and level of school life satisfaction of sixth graders in elementary schools by sub-elements. Furthermore, I studied overall school life satisfaction setting 6 sub-elements by participation, form in sports clubs. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was carried out to 580 6th graders at elementary schools in Ansan city, Gyeonggi-do. The SPSS v.18.0 was used for frequency analysis, mean, standard deviation, cross tabulation analysis, independent sample t-test. The results were as follows. First, their demographic factors had no effect on their participation in school sports club. Second, their participation in school sports club had a very positive effect on improving their school life satisfaction. Third, the form of their participation in school sports club had an effect on improving their school life satisfaction. By findings stated above, elementary school students' participation in school sports club could have a positive effect on improving their school life satisfaction.
