개인 내적요인과 가정 및 학교환경 요인이 고등학교 3학년 학생의 우울감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 우리나라 고등학교 3학년 학생들의 심리내적 요인과 그를 둘러싼 환경적 요인들이 우울감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울시 송파구에 소재한 고등학교 3학년에 재학 중인 학생 392명을 대상으로 실증적으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상 학생들의 우울감은 전반적으로 심각한 수준은 아니었다. 둘째, 고등학교 3학년 학생들의 자아 존중감, 자기 통제력, 대인관계능력은 대체로 양호한 수준이었다. 셋째, 개인 내적 특성 요인과 가정 및 학교환경 요인이 우울감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 자아 존중감, 부모의 사회적 지지, 부모의 수용적 양육태도, 부모의 통제적 양육태도, 친구의 사회적 지지가 각각 우울감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 고등학교 3학년 학생들을 위한 개인적, 가정환경적, 학교생활적, 지역사회적 측면에서의 다양한 사회복지적 개입의 필요성을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 해당 청소년들의 건전한 정신 상태를 유지하기 위한 실증적인 이해와 개입의 방향성을 제시해준다는 점에서 실천적인 의의를 지닌다.

영문 초록

This study is to know some influence that Korean high school seniors' psychological internal factors and environmental factors around them, or eco-system variables affect depression. For this, make an actual analysis of the high school seniors' mental condition. The subject is 392 Korean student who are in seoul song pa-gu's high school. The result based on a method of empirical analysis is showing that. First, a subject students' depression level is not in a serious state, overall. Second, the senior students' self-esteem, self control and the interpersonal skills are generally indicates fine level. Third, the depression had a significant connection with the ecological system variables such as self-esteem, social support of parents, parental rearing attitudes, control rearing attitudes of parents, and friends's social support. This results suggests the necessity of various social welfare intervention in individual , home environmental, school life, and community side for Korean high school seniors. For this reasons, the results of this study have a practical meaning in the point of suggesting empirically comprehension and a directivity of intervention to maintain relevant young people's sound mental condition.
