사회복지실습에서 수퍼비전 실천 모델 개발에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

사회복지실습에서 수퍼비전은 실습지도자들의 수퍼비전 내용에 대한 지식 부족과 학생들에게 제공되고 있는 실습내용의 비체계화 등으로 인해 실습목표 달성을 위한 수퍼비전보다 하루 일과의 전체적인 평가 중심의 수퍼비전이 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌연구를 통해 사회복지실습에서 수퍼비전의 실천을 위한 이론적 틀을 제시하고자 하였다. 사회복지실습에서 수퍼비전이 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 우선, 실습 수퍼비전의 목표가 구체화되어야 하며, 실습 수퍼비전의 목표는 실습생이 향후 사회복지 전문직으로서 갖추어야 할 지식, 기술, 가치관을 실천 속으로 통합할 수 있도록 설정되어야 한다. 또한 실습내용에 있어서는 업무수행에 적합한 환경 제공을 목표로 하는 행정적 영역과 업무에 필요한 지식과 기술을 제공하는 교육적 영역, 그리고 업무를 수행할 수 있는 심리적이고 대인관계적인 자원을 제공하는 지지적 영역을 그 중심내용으로 구성해야 한다. 마지막으로 실습지도는 준비단계→ 초기단계→ 지도단계→ 평가 및 종결단계로 체계화하여 수퍼비전을 실시해야 한다.

영문 초록

Supervision in social welfare practice is in the real situation of being performed the supervision centering on the whole evaluation of daily task, rather than the supervision for achieving a practice goal, due to preceptors' lack of knowledge on supervision contents. Accordingly, this study suggested theoretical frame for practicing supervision in social welfare practice through documentary research. In order to be performed the supervision effectively in the social welfare practice, first, an objective of supervision needs to be established for possibly integrating knowledge, technique, and value system, with which trainees will need to be equipped as the future social welfare profession, into practice. Also, the practice contents need to be composed by having its central contents as the administrative sphere with the aim of offering environment suitable for task performance, the educational sphere of offering knowledge and technique necessary for task, and the supportive sphere of offering interpersonal-relation resources available for performing task. Finally, supervision needs to be carried out by systematizing the practice instruction into preparatory stage→ initial stage→ instructional stage→ evaluation and conclusion stage.
