국문 초록

Q 17:20-21은 누가복음 기자와, 도마복음서 그리고 마태복음 기자에 의해 재해석되고 재편집되었다. 특히 Q 17:21에 나오는 예수의 크리아(Chria)인 "evnto.ju'mw/n"는 다양하게 해석되었다. 먼저 도마복음서 저자는 역사적 예수가 원래 의도했던것처럼, 영지주의적 방식으로 해석한다. 도마복음서 114:3에 나오는 콥트어 전치사 "ehoun"는 도마복음서에 나오는 예수의 말씀에서 신과 합일 즉 "양성적"(androgyny) 신적인 존재로의 상승에 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 두 낱말은 본래 같은 의미로 쓰인다. 인간은 신과 합일을 이룸으로, 남성이나 여성이라는 구분을 극복하고 양성적 존재인, 신적인 상태로 고양될 수 있다. 도마복음서의 영지주의 공동체는 역사적 예수의 크리아(evnto.j u'mw/n)를 이용하여, 완전한 영지주의자가 누구인가를 설명하고 있다. 그렇다면 역사적 예수는 이러한 영지주의적 해석을 따르고 있을까? 역사적 예수가 처했던 삶의 자리에서, 가난하고 억압받는 민중들은 율법과 사회적 계급구조에 의해 추방당하는 처지에 있었다. 그들은 인간 이하의 취급을 받았다. 가난하고 병이 들어 쓸모없던 민중들을 향해 예수는 그들 스스로가 하나님의 나라라고 선포한다. 따라서 Q 17:21은 너희 민중들이 하나님 나라라는 선포이다. 그러나 누가복음 저자는 이 예수의 크리아를 유대인들과 이방인들 간의 차별과 구분을 극복하고자 이용한다. 예수 안에서 유대인들과 이방인들은 모든 차이를 이겨낼 수 있다. 그들은 신과 하나가 되는 것처럼, 모두 하나가 될 수 있다. 마태복음 기자는 예수의 이 크리아를 부정적으로 이해한다. 그래서 그는 Q 17:21을 삭제한다. "evnto.j u'mw/n"는 다분히 모든 너희가 하나님 나라가 될 수 있다는, 신적 존재로 상승할 수 있다는 의미를 가지고 있다. 마태복음 기자는 도저히 이 크리아를 받을 수 없었다. 어떻게 예수 외에 하나님의 아들이 될 수 있으며, 신적인 그리스도가 될 수 있단 말인가. 따라서 도마복음서의 저자와, 누가복음과 마태복음 기자들은 역사적 예수의 크리아(evnto.j u'mw/n)를 가지고 자신들의 역사적 상황에 맞추어 재해석하고 있다.

영문 초록

There existed many religious movements in the early christianity with various theological and religious ideas. Sometimes they got strong influence with each others, but fought against each others, in order to gain a powerful religious initiative. This short essay tries to show that the theological and religious idea, the androgynic unite with God, strongly influenced the early Christian communities. The historical Jesus knew the androgynic unite with God as Q 17:20-21 shows. "evnto.j u'mw/n" in this Q saying was the Chria as a short sentence that the hellenistic teachers used to teach their students who developed their writings and readings through it. The historical Jesus also used the Chria ("evnto.j u'mw/n") to explain that the poor and depressed should be God's chosen people as those who had now been negated by the law and the high Jewish class. It directly means that you are "the Kingdom of God" and therefore you are the divine beings who have lost their divine image by the law. The Gospel of Thomas translates "evnto.j u'mw/n" into a coptic article "ehoun" that means an androgynic unite with God. It tires to say that female that makes itself male can enter (ehoun) the kingdom and become a divine being, overcoming male and female. It says that man can ascend into a divine being through Gnosis. A writer of the Gospel of Thomas took Q 17:20-21 from a tradition he received from someone and made it the Gnostic idea. The writer of the Gospel of Luke reinterprets Q 17:20-21 to overcome religious and racial tensions between Jews and the Gentiles in his church. In Jesus Christ, they can unite each others by overcoming their differences as Jewish and Gentile origins. As if male and female disappear in the spiritual bridal chamber with God, also Jews and Gentiles can blur their different nature out in the cross. In other hand, the Gospel of Matthew eliminates Q 17:21 out of Matt 23:26 to focus only on Jesus Christ. He couldn't receive "evnto.j u'mw/n" which indicates that you all can become the Kingdom of God as the divine beings. To him, the only divine being was Jesus Christ as the Son of God or Messiah.
