국문 초록

본 연구는 '기업 간 IT 협업 네트워크 지원 사업'의 IT기술의 국내 산업 적용을 통해 Supply Chain 전반의 기업 정보통합 및 협력 프로세스를 개선함으로써, 기업 생산성 향상, 대ㆍ중소기업 동반성장 및 혁신정도를 분석하였다. 주관기업 및 참여기업을 대상으로 기업 간 IT 협업을 위한 결정요인 → 협업 수준 → 협업 성과 등을 단계적으로 측정하여 실증분석을 진행하였다. 기업 간 IT 협업을 위한 준비도가 높을수록, 이에 대한 협업 성과수준도 연계되는 것으로 분석되었으며, 특히 IT 인력수준 및 IT 시스템 수준 등을 포함한 'IT Sophistication(IT 세련수준)'가 협업성과에 가장 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 물류협업, 부품조달협업 부분이 가장 많이 구축되었으며, 이를 통하여 납품진척 정보, 자원재고 정보 등에 대한 정보공유가 많이 이루어졌다. 향후에는 기술통계 기반의 분석을 기초로 하여, 세부적인 기업 간 IT 협업 준비도과 이에 따른 협업 성과, 협업 특성과 이에 따른 협업 성과 사이에 연관성을 실증분석 함으로써, IT 활용사업 전략 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This Study analyzed the improvement of enterprise productivity, the level of shared growth between large enterprises and small enterprises and innovation degree by improving the enterprise information integration and collaboration process of all around Supply chain throughout the application of IT technology, "IT collaboration network built to support business in inter-enterprise" for domestic industry. The actual proof analysis has been proceeded the actual proof analysis by measuring decision factors, collaboration level, collaboration performance in stages. The more preparation for IT collaboration between enterprises, the more the level of collaboration performance has been connected. Especially it has been analyzed that the IT Sophistication including the level of IT human resources, system was the most closed to the collaboration performance. The collaboration for logistics and procurement has built up mostly throughout this study, and due to this built-up, the information such as delivery progress, resource inventory etc has shared more. Henceforth, the base line data is needed to be provided by the actual proof analysis of the inter-relationship of the more detailed IT collaboration preparation between enterprises and collaboration performance as well as the inter-relationship of collaboration performance and collaboration features throughout the analysis on the basis of technological statistics.
