국문 초록

물류정보공유는 공급사슬에 참여하는 파트너들 간 상호 관련되어 있는 업무와 관련된 물류정보시스템을 통하여 물류정보를 서로 공유하는 것이다. 본 연구는 물류정보공유와 물류성과간의 인과관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 물류정보공유의 하위요인으로는 관계특성이론에 근거한 신뢰성, 상호의존성, 거래지속성 등의 변수를 도입하였고 물류성과로는 재무성과와 대응성, 적시성의 비재무성과를 도입하였다. 연구결과로는 상호의존성은 재무성과, 대응성, 적시성에 대해 유의미한 영향을 미치고 거래지속성은 재무성과와 적시성에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Logistics information sharing is to share logistics information through logistics information systems related to the work that is correlated between the partners involved in the supply chain. The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between logistics information sharing and logistics performance. Logistics information sharing of sub-factors as reliability attributes, based on the relationship characteristic theory, interdependence, substantiality was introduced to deal with logistics and has introduced both the financial performance and the non-financial performance such as responsiveness and timeliness. Research into the interdependence of financial performance, responsiveness, timeliness of transactions having a significant impact on the persistence appeared to affect only financial performance and timeliness.
