장애인 보조공학 서비스의 효과와 지원방안

국문 초록

본 연구는 보조공학 서비스의 효과를 알아보기 위해, 경기도 소재 센터를 통해 보조공학 기기를 사용하고 있는 장애인 224명을 대상으로 일상생활에서의 변화정도와 서비스 만족도 및 중요도를 비교조사한 것이다. 서비스 만족도 및 중요도는 QUEST 측정도구를 사용했으며, 일상생활에서의 변화정도를 파악하기 위해 기기 사용 전후의 생활불편함, 사회활동참여, 생활만족도를 비교하였다. 보조공학기기 사용 전후의 생활불편함, 사회활동참여, 생활만족도를 t 검증한 결과, 보조기기의 사용이 일상생활정도에 긍정적인 변화를 보였으며 이는 통계적으로 모두 유의미하였다. QUEST분석결과, 서비스만족도가 기기만족도에 비해 낮았으나 서비스중요도는 기기중요도보다 높게 나타났으며 12개 세부항목 모두에서 중요도와 만족도의 차이가 통계적으로도 유의미하였다. 가장 큰 차이는 서비스전달 항목이었고, 다음으로 무게, 사후관리서비스, 수리유지관리 순이었다. IPA분석결과, 우선적으로 개선할 영역으로 서비스전달, 사후관리서비스, 수리유지관리 등 3개 항목이, 점진적으로 개선할 영역에는 안락함, 무게, 규격 등 보조기기 관련 항목이 해당되었다. 전문가서비스, 효과성, 내구성, 사용의 용이성 항목은 유지 강화해야 할 영역으로 안전성, 설치의 용이성은 지속 유지해야 하는 것으로 나타나, 보조공학 서비스를 제공함에 있어서 서비스과정과 사후점검에 대한 집중관리가 필요한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study was to compare the intensity of variation, service satisfaction and importance of the effect of assistive technology of 224 disabled who are using the assistive technology device. The service satisfaction and importance was measured by the QUEST measurement instrument and the variation within the everyday life was compared by the social discomfort, social activity participation and life satisfaction before and after the use of the device. The statistically significant t-test result of the social discomfort, social activity participation and life satisfaction, the use of assistive technology device showed positive alteration in the change of everyday life. The measurement of the QUEST showed that although the service satisfaction was lower than the device satisfaction, service importance was higher than the device importance. The improvement priority area selected by the IPA analysis was the service delivery, follow-up service and maintenance or repair. These three areas were selected for intensive management of assistive technology service process and follow-up inspection. The areas of gradual improvement are comfort, weight and standard. The areas of maintenance reinforcement are expert service, effectiveness, durability, and usability. The safety and convenience of installation were the areas of sustained maintenance. The main difference was the service delivery factor, the weight, follow-up service, and the maintenance or repair in sequence.
