한국 물류기업의 경영성과 요인분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 어떤 요인이 국내 물류기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분 석하고, 물류기업의 경영성과 개선을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 다중회귀분석모형을 이용하여 물류기업의 인건비, 물류비, 환율, 국제유가, 수출입 금액, 판매관리비와 같은 요인이 기업가치(Tobin´Q), 수익성, 안정성, 성장성 등과 같은 경영성과 에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 인건비와 경영성과 간에는 인건비 증가율과 경영성과 간에 유의한 음(-) 의 관계를 나타냈으며, 물류비와 경영성과 간에는 유의한 양(+)의 관계를 보여 물류비 상승 은 수익성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 또한 환율과 관련하여 유의한 결과를 도출할 수 없었으며, 국제유가와 경영성과 간에는 음(-)의 유의한 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 물류기업의 원가에서 유류비의 비중이 높기 때문인 것으로 유추해 볼 수 있 다. 수출입 금액과 경영성과 간에는 일관적인 결과가 도출되지 않았으며, 판매관리비와 경 영성과 간에는 유의한 음(-)의 결과를 보였다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study analyzes the determinant factors on business performance of the logistics firm in Korea, and suggests its implications for improving the business performance. Research design, data, methodology : This study applied multiple regression analysis to analyze the factors(labor cost, logistics cost, exchange rate, international oil price, export and import trade volume, selling and administrative expense) influenced business performance of firm value, profitability, stability, growth in logistics firms. Results : Labor costs has significant negative results with business performance. We found unusual results that had positive relation between logistics costs and business performance. In this results, higher logistics costs always lead to profitable betterment. And it couldn’t drew significant results when it came to this exchange rate. But significant negative results were between international oil price and performance. These results suggested that cost structure was heavy on oil prices in logistics firms. It couldn’t drew significant conclusion from the import and export trade volume. But it had negative relation from selling and administrative expense. Conclusions : To improve business performance in domestic logistics firms, maximizing manpower utilization and saving logistics cost must be taken precedence.
