국제운송주선인의 기업 간 관계가 기업성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국제운송주선인의 기업 간 관계가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 선행연구를 통해 변수의 개념적 정의와 조작 적 정의를 확인하였고 국제운송주선인들에게 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 확보하였다. 확보 된 자료는 분석을 위한 신뢰성과 타당성 검증을 확인받았고 문제가 없어 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 변수들 간의 관계를 확인하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국제운송주선 인은 항만물류 서비스제공자들과 협력, 몰입 및 의사소통을 통해 기업 간 관계를 구축한다. 이러한 기업 간 관계는 고객성과와 재무성과로 연결된다. 국제운송주선인들은 화주로부터 확보한 정보를 항만물류 서비스제공자들과 공유함으로써 성과를 높일 수 있다. 둘째, 기업 간 의사소통은 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 국제운송주선인들은 항만물류기업들과 의사소통을 통해 화주의 서비스욕구를 달성하고 이에 따라 높은 기업성과를 달성한다. 셋째, 기업 간 협력은 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 국제운송주선인과 항만물류 기업 간의 운영적인 협력이 양질의 서비스제공으로 연결된다는 것을 의미한다. 넷째, 기업 간 몰입은 고객성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 국제운송주선인은 직무에 대한 몰입을 통해 화주의 욕구를 항만물류기업에게 제공하고 이에 따라 양질의 물류서비스를 화주에게 제공함 으로써 화주들과 지속적 거래가 가능하다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this research is to verify the effects of inter-corporate relationships on firm performance of international freight forwarders. Research design, data, methodology : To achieve the purpose, this research extracted the conceptual and operational definitions through prior research and questionnaires were sent to international freight forwarders. The collected data were ascertained reliability and validity for the analyses. The causal relationships between the variables were verified by structural equation modeling. Results : The hypotheses of this research are supported excluding (H. 3-2). The first is that inter-corporate collaboration has a positive influence on customer performance (H.1-1) and financial performance (H.1-2). The second is that inter-corporate commitment has a positive influence on customer performance (H.2-1) and financial performance (H.2-2). The third is that inter-corporate communication has a positive influence on customer performance (H.3-1). Conclusions : The results are as follows. First, international freight forwarders make the relationships with port logistics service providers through collaboration, commitment and communication, followed by high customer and financial performance. Second, they achieve customer needs through communication with port logistics service providers. Third, operational collaboration between the forwarders and the service providers is connected with high quality of service. Fourth, they provide customer needs for the service providers through commitment on work and as a result, they can continuously transact with shippers.
