국문 초록

본 연구는 공공 부동산정보 공개를 통하여 부동산정보산업의 발전방안을 모색하기 위해 수행된 것으로, 우선 선행연구를 통해 공공 부동산정보의 정의 및 특성, 내용을 도출하고 현재 공공에서 보유하고 있는 공공 부동산정보의 내용과 실태를 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 민간 부동산정보 사업자에 대 한 설문조사를 시행하고 조사 내용을 토대로 공공 부동산정보의 질적 향상 및 활용도를 증진시키는 방안을 모색하였으며, 공공 부동산정보에 대한 민간사업자의 활용 효율성의 증진방안을 도출하고, 공공 부동산정보의 효율적 공급을 통한 민간 부동산정보산업을 육성방안을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The research which sees leads and public real estate information opening to the public in order to grope the developmental plan of real estate information industry to be accomplished. Preceding research led first of all and justice public real estate information and quality and contents escape. Also currently analyzed the contents and the actual condition of public real estate information which possesses from the general public. With this character enforced a question investigation about the civil real estate information industry owner. Investigation contents groped the plan which increases a qualitative improvement of public real estate information and application degree with base. This led and escape did the increase plan of application effectiveness of the civil industry owner about public real estate information. And the civil real estate information industry which leads the efficient supply of public real estate information plan vocally escape.
