국문 초록

본 연구는 소자본 창업의 불확실성을 제거하고 성공적인 창업을 위한 입지상권분석의 연구에 목적을 둔다 이를 위하여 입지분석측면에서 도시계획관련 자료의 검토, 입지선정에 영향을 미치는 요인분석(인구, 수용태도, 경제적 상황예측)상권분석측면에서 기초현황분석, 입지여건분석, 매출요인분석. 경쟁요인분석 등에 관하여 이론적 적립을 시도하였다. 심층적인 분석을 위하여 전주시의 상권을 5대권역으로 구분하여 상권별 특성을 각 권역별로 세분하여 각 권역의 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 상권이 고정성이 미약하고 유동성이 강한 특정을 도출할 수 있었으며 이 결과를 바탕으로 소자본 창업을 위한 입지상권분석의 리스크를 줄이기 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The research which sees removes the uncertainty of small capital establishment and a goal in research of the location as a matter of volume analysis for the establishment which is successful puts. For this about foundation present condition analysis, mouth circumstance analysis and sale VIP analytical and competitive VIP analytical etc. attempted a theoretical reserving from volume analytical side at the VIP analysis (population, accommodating attitude and economic situation prediction) which from the mouth analytical side affects in investigation and mouth branch line affection of city planning pertinent data. The analysis which is in-depth about Huaihe divided the top circle of the change of abode at the time of in 5 great circle reverses and fractionated analyzed an upper volume star quality in each volume reverse and by the quality of each volume reverse. The top circle of the result fixation characteristic to be feeble and the feature where the fluidity is strong escape presented the direction reducing the RISC of the location as a matter of volume analysis for a small capital establishment with character, for this result to be the possibility of doing.
