영문 초록

Thought it's proved significant relations between life-styles and consumer's behaviors in the hospitality industry, there has been few previous research that how life-styles of customers for Japanese chain restaurant have effects on selection attributes and satisfaction. The purposes of this study were, 1) to research the significant difference of customer's selection attributes by the life style, and 2) to research causal relationships from selection attributes to customer's satisfaction. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, SEM(path analysis) were adopted to analyze the data. Life-styles of customers were divided to 7factors and 5clusters. Selection attributes were divided to 6factors. Among various life-styles of customers, cluster2, cluster4 and cluster5 have the most significant effects on selection attributes-factor2, factor3, factor6. And selection attributes have positive(negative) effects on overall satisfaction, revisit-intention and recommend-intention. In conclusion, this current study hopes to contribute to use for food-service corporation. And it wishes theoretical and practical application for managers of hospitality industry.
