영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to research the conflict and financial performance which were effected by the transactional characteristics between franchisor and franchisee. I think what we should do firstly for getting the proper solution for controling conflict is to actually understand the true meaning of conflict among distribution channel members. The model is fundamentally made of elements such as environmental dynamism, coercive influence strategy, goal divergence, attractiveness of alternatives, and then the financial performance would be influenced by conflict. This study has been resulted in following; The variables that show significantly to the conflict are coercive influence strategy, goal divergence, and attractiveness of alternatives. In the contrast environmental dynamism hasn't showed significantly. And we concluded the conflict diminished the financial performance.
