영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between transformational leadership, LMX, procedural justice and service-oriented OCB. The data were obtained by questionnaire from a sample of 893 employees at super deluxe hotel restaurants or international chain family restaurants. Results indicated that transformational leadership and LMX were positively related to procedural justice, and procedural justice was positively associated with service-oriented OCB. Theoretical and practical implications as well as directions for future research are discussed.
