녹색주의 사회복지 관점에서 지역화폐 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 녹색주의 사회복지 관점에서 지역화폐의 한 유형인 한밭레츠를 분석한 연구이다. 녹색주의 사회복지의 중요한 가치라고 할 수 있는 순환성, 총체성, 다양성, 자립성을 기준으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 한밭레츠는 재활용품의 사용, 재화의 공유를 통하여 순환성을 충족하고 있으며, 회원간의 상호교류, 공동체의식 등을 통하여 총체성을 충족하고 있으며, 별칭의 사용, 개인의 정체성과 타자성의 인정 등을 통하여 다양성을 충족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지역사회내의 대안경제를 통하여 자립성을 충족하고 있다. 따라서 지역화폐인 한밭레츠는 녹색주의적 가치를 충분히 반영하고 있으며, 나아가 기존의 사회복지모형의 한계를 보완하는데 매우 유익한 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

This is a case study that analyzes Hanbat-LETS, a type of community currency, from the Greenism welfare perspective. The study has unpacked Hanbat-LETS on the basis of circularity, wholeness, diversity and independence, which are the important values of Greenism welfare system. As a result, Hanbat-LETS meets the value of circularity by sharing goods and using recycled items, and more it satisfies the value of wholeness through a consciousness of community and interaction by and between the members, and further it fulfills the value of diversity by using nicknames and recognizing individual identity and others identity. And finally it meets the last value of independence by Alternative economic in the regional community. Accordingly the community currency now fully reflects the Greenism value, and further Hanbat-LETS, the virtue proves out to be supporting the idea that it is very helpful for supplementing the limits of contemporary social welfare model.
