국문 초록

연구목적 : 최근 중국은 국제교역이 급속히 증가하고, 동시에 물류산업도 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 그러나 중국정부는 여전히 중소물류기업위주인 중국물류산업의 효율성을 극대화하기 위해 물류서비스 플랫폼을 구축하고 있다. Transfar기업은 고속도로 항만을 중심으로 중소물류기업의 물류서비스를 포괄하는 물류서비스 플랫폼을 구축하는 등 중국에서 가장 혁신적인 물류플랫폼 구축하였다. 본 연구는 이런 중국 Transfar그룹의 물류서비스 운영모델을 파악하여 한국물류발전에 기여할 수 있는 시의적절하고 의미있는 연구이다. 논문구성/논리 : 본 논문은 총 5개 장으로 구성되어 있다. 1장은 서론으로 연구의 배경을 기술하고 있고 제2장은 고속도로 포트 및 물류폴랫폼에 관한 선행연구를 고찰하였다. 제3장은 Transfar그룹의 소개와 사례분석 대상으로 선정된 당위성, Transfar기업의 물류정보화 건설, 정보화의 프로세스와 주요기능, 비즈니스 모델을 소개하였고, 제4장은 물류정보화가 직면한 문제점, 해결방안과 성과를, 마지막으로 제5장에 결론을 도출하였다. 결과 : 중국 Transfa 그룹의 고속도로 포트 사업은 중국 항주를 시작으로 소주와 청두에 플랫폼을 확장구축하였다. 고속도록 포트사업은 국가 경영현대화 혁신프로젝트에서 1등을 차지하며 중국물류업계에서 가장 가치있는 비즈니스 모델로 인식된다. 이 모델의 핵심은 물류서비스 플랫폼이다. Transfar 고속도로 포트운영방식과 물류서비스플랫폼을 기반으로 “1개 핵심, 10개 허브, 60개 플랫폼”을 구축하기 위해 기업경영방식을 복사하는 방식으로 네트워크를 확장하고 있다. 최근에는 “스마트 고속도로 포트”, “클라우딩 네트워크”, “사물인터넷 ”을 서로 접목한 플랫폼을 구축하여 물류효율화, 혁신화, 집약화를 통한 중국물류생태계의 혁신을 주도하고 있다. 독창성/가치 : 중국물류기업은 영세하고 낙후되어 있다는 인식이 있지만, 실제로 중국내 물류선두기업은 혁신과 네트워크 전략을 수립하고 있다. 본 연구는 중국물류산업의 리딩지위에 있는 Transfar물류기업의 고속도로 포트 사업과 물류 서비스 플랫폼을 분석한 연구로 중국내 물류시장의 혁신사례를 볼 수 있어 기존 연구와 차별성을 지닌다.

영문 초록

Purpose : With the rapid increase in international transactions, Chinese logistics industry has achieved rapid development. However, in order to maximize the efficiency of Chinese logistics industry, which is still dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises, Chinese government establishes logistics service platform. With highway port, Transfar company is a logistics service platform that provides logistics services for small and medium sized logistics enterprises, and is the most innovative logistics platform in China. By studying the logistics operation model of Transfar Group in China, the paper can make a timely contribution to the development of the logistics industry of South Korea. Composition/Logic : The paper is consisted of five chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the research background. Chapter 2 is the beforehand investigation on highway port and logistics platform. Chapter 3 introduces Transfar Group, and verifies the legitimacy of object through example analysis, Transfar company's logistics information construction, information program and main function, and business model. Chapter 4 elaborates the problems facing logistics informatization, and solutions. Chapter 5 is the conclusion Findings : China Transfar Group's highway port starts from Hangzhou and extends to Suzhou and Chengdu. Highway port business is considered to be first-class modern business reform and modernization program and the most valuable business model in China's logistics industry. The core of this business model is the logistics service platform. Based on Transfar highway port operation mode and logistics services platform, the network is expanded by copying the enterprise's business operation mode, in order to build "1 core, 10 hubs and 60 platforms." Currently, the "Smart Highway Port" and "Cloud Network" established an interconnected platform of "Internet of Things", and dominated the innovation of China's logistics ecological community by improving logistics efficiency. Originality/Value : Chinese logistics enterprises are considered to be fragmented and backward. In fact, China's domestic logistics enterprises are developing innovative Internet strategies. By analyzing the highway port business and logistics seNice platform of Transfar logistics company, which is the leading enterprise in China's logistics industry, the paper presents the innovations of Chinese logistics market and differences between existing researches.
