공급사슬 통합 선행요인과 공급사슬통합,시장지향성의 관계에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 독립변수로서 공급사슬 통합선행요인 정보공유 유연성 갈등대응 매개변수로서 공 급사슬 통합유형 내부통합 외부통합 조절변수로서 시장 지향성 종속변수로서 공급사슬 성과 내부만족성과 고객만족성과 요인을 선정하고 이들 사이의 관계를 분석하는 것이 주요한 연구 목적 이다. 가설검정 결과는 다음과 같다 첫째 공급사슬통합 선행요인은 공급사슬 통합유형에 정 의 영 향을 미치며 둘째 공급사슬 통합유형은 공급사슬 성과에 정 의 영향을 미치는 것으로 셋째시장 지향성은 공급사슬 통합유형과 공급사슬 성과 사이에서 조절변수로서의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다 하지만 공급사슬 통합유형은 공급사슬통합 선행요인과 공급사슬성과 사이에서 매개변수로서의 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업들이 공급사슬 통합에 관심을 두어야만 하는 이유를 규명하고 정보공유 유연성 갈등대응은 공급사슬 통합에 중요한 요인이라는 것을 밝혔으며 공급사슬 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 내부통합과 외부통합이 필요하다는 것과 특히 공급사슬 통합과 고객만족성과 사이에서 기업들을 통합적인 관계로 이끌고 더 높은 성과를 달성하기 위해서는 시장지향성이 필요하다는 것을 제시한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among antecedents of supply chain integration factors(information sharing, flexibility, and constructive conflict resolution) as independent variables, supply chain integration type(internal and external integrations) as mediate variables, supply chain integration performance(internalsatisfaction and customer satisfaction performances) as dependent variables and marketorientation as moderate variable. The test results can be summarized as follows.First, the antecedents of supply chain integration type impact positively on two typesof integrations in supply chain. Second, internal and external integration in supply chainpositively affect on twoperformances of supply chain integration. Third, marketorientation plays a moderating role between supply chain integration type and supplychain performance. But, supply chain integration type does not play a mediating rolebetween the antecedents of supply chain integration type and performances of supplychain integration.This study finds the reasons why companies should focus on supply chain integration.Information sharing, flexibility and constructive conflict resolution are important factorsfor supply chain integration. In order to obtain good supply chain integrationperformance, both internal integration and external integration are necessary. Especially,market orientation is needed to obtain better performance because high level ofmarket orientation leads a company to have constructive relationship between supply chain integration and satisfaction performance.
