한국 형사사법 연구경향의 실증적 분석

국문 초록

학술지 논문이나 학술연구 발표, 박사학위 논문 등은 학문분야의 범위와 경계, 학술적 관심의 변화 등에 대한 정보뿐만 아니라 그 자체가 하나의 성과지표이다. 따라서 이들에 대한 분석은 학문분야 학술활동에 대한 방향 확인, 질적 강화 등에 대한 유익한 정보를 제공한다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 형사사법의 연구가 가장 체계적으로 이루어지고 있는 한국형사정책연구원의 연구총서의 연구경향을 알아보기 위하여 최근 3년간에 발간된 127권의 연구 주제별, 연구자 특성별, 연구방법별 경향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 연구 주제 중 법 관련 분야가 많은 비중을 차지하고 있고, 경찰,g 교정, 법원 분야의 연구는 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 연구자들의 전공은 법학, 사회학이 가장 많이 분포하였고 경찰학, 심리학, 행정학 전공자는 적은 것으로 나타났으며 연구방법에 있어서는 개념적ㆍ서술적 연구가 법 분야와 관련하여 많은 부분을 차지하고 있으나 질적 연구와 양적연구의 증가와 단순통계분석에서 고급통계분석으로 조금씩 변화하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구경향의 실증적 분석을 통하여 앞으로 형사사법분야의 연구자들이 연구의 진행방향을 확인하고 새로운 환경에 따른 다양한 연구를 지향할 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Published journal articles and research articles, doctoral thesis scope and boundaries of academic disciplines is the indicator of the performance as well as information about the change. Therefore, the analysis of these disciplines for the academic activities determine the direction and quality is enhanced and more informative. Empirical Analysis of the Research Trends in the Korea Criminal Justice which is Focused on the lately papers published Journal in Korean Institute of Criminology. Through this method of research topics related fields accounts for a large proportion of police, corrections, courts were not enough studies in the field. And the researchers' major law and sociology were the most frequent Gyeong Chal Hak, psychology, public administration majors showed a less conceptual and descriptive research study in how the law with respect to the field, but very much a part of qualitative research and quantitative research Simple statistical analysis of the growth and little change in the advanced statistical analysis showed that. An empirical analysis of these trends through research forward by researchers in the field of criminal justice research to determine the direction of the various studies according to a new environment is expected to be able to pursue.
