국문 초록

본 연구에서는 우리나라 국립박물관 13곳에 현존하는 유물 중 식공간 연출분야에 관련된 유물들을 분석하고 그 결과를 토대로 우리 식공간문화의 원형을 탐구하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 국립박물관 13곳에 소장된 식공간유물의 현황 분석을 한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 국립박물관 13곳의 식공간 유물현황은, 삼국시대, 통일신라시대, 고려시대, 조선시대의 유물들을 조사한 결과 총 3,089점의 식공간 유물들이 조사되었다. 두 번째로 용도별로 분류했을 때 그 종류는 접시, 주전자, 잔 등으로 26개로 분류가 된다. 세 번째로 식공간 유물들을 재질별로 분류하면 도자, 백자, 분청, 청자 등으로 총 25종류가 나타난다. 네 번째로 국립박물관 식공간 유물들을 시대별로 살펴보면, 전체 식공간 유물 중에서 조선시대 유물이 1,202개로 가장 많이 나타나고 있다. 결론적으로 우리 식공간 연출학은 식공간 유물자료에 대해 지속적인 관심을 갖고 더 많은 사료의 발굴과 복원의 의무 하에 다양한 연구방법을 기반으로 학술적 정리 및 분석을 체계화하여 바른 우리나라 식공간 문화의 이해를 위한 원형 탐구에 노력해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This research aimed at analyzing dining space relics related to dining space creation field among what presently exist in 13 national museums in Korea, and researching the original form of our dining space culture on the basis of the result. The result of analyzing the current situation of the dining space relics possessed by the 13 national museums is as follows: First, total 3,089 pieces of dining space relics were identified after investigating relics in the collection of 13 national museums. Second, when classified by usage, they can be classified into 26 categories. Third, when classified by material, they are categorized into 25 kinds. Fourth, in the search for dining space relics by the perioed, the relics from Joseon Dynasty period accounted for 1,202 pieces, marking the most among the whole. In conclusion, academics in the dining space creation department should play a key role in the efforts to investigate the original form for the promotion of the right comprehension of Korean dining space culture by systematizing scientific arrangement and analysis based on various research methods under the obligation of the excavation and restoration of more historical materials with continuous interest in dining space relic materials.
