국문 초록

경찰공무원과 교정직 공무원을 포함하는 공안직 공무원의 채용시험은 일반직 공무원의 채용시험과 다른 절차적 특징이 있다. 그러한 공안직 공무원의 채용시험의 내용을 먼저 살펴보고 인권복지적 관점에서 문제점을 살펴본다. 그리고 공안직 공무원 채용시험의 발전방안을 독창적인 경로혁신적 관점에서 제시하고자 한다. 그전에 선행연구에 대한 비판을 통하여 본 연구의 방향을 제시한다. 그러나 채용시험과 인권복지의 상관의 연구는 다음에 연구하기로 한다.

영문 초록

An examination for service of the public safety civil servants inclusive of the police civil servants and correction civil servants is characterized by the distinct procedure in contrast to it of the regular government service. In the beginning, we will examine how an examination for service of the public safety civil servants is enforced and take a close look at diverse problems from the human rights social welfare service. And we are here concerned with the development device of the examination for service of the public safety civil servants inclusive of the police civil servants, correction civil cervants and the private prison servants from my original path - breaking Additionally, I would like to explore the desirable direction in the study through my original criticism about the existing studies. But the corelation between the examination for service of the pubic safely civil servants and human right remains as a matter to be discussed further.
