문화예술교육 전문인력양성 연수 프로그램의 만족도 분석

국문 초록

한국문화예술교육진흥원이 매년 주관하는 문화예술교육 아카데미 CETA(Creativity Education Through Arts) 연수 프로그램은 우리나라 문화예술교육의 확대를 위한 중요한 연수프로그램이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육 만족도를 전반적인 교육연수의 만족도와 개인적인 성과 만족도로 구분하여 연수 만족도를 회귀분석 하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 첫째, 연수 프로그램 참여자가 연수에 참여한 목적을 달성하였는지에 대해서는 절대 다수가 기대한 수준의 성과를 달성하였거나 그 이상의 성과를 달성하였던 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연수 참여 목적의 달성 정도와 연수 프로그램의 만족도 사이에는 높은 상관성을 가지고 있었다. 셋째, 연령대와 참여 회수에 따라 만족도가 상이하게 나타났는데 이는 연수 프로그램을 모듈화 하는 단계적 연수 과정을 통해 참여자의 교육성과를 높여야 한다는 의미로 이해할 수 있겠다. 장기적으로 문화예술교육 아카데미 CETA의 운영은 문화예술교육과 관련된 전문인력 개발 및 연구와 교육의 제공은 물론 수요 지향적 고급 인력의 부족 해소와 지속적인 능력 개발 지원 체제 등의 부재를 해결한다는 의미에서 국가적으로 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 따라서 본 연수프로그램은 문화예술교육 인재양성을 위한 교육과정과 교육콘텐츠를 지속적으로 개발하고 종합적인 창의성 교육체계를 구축할 수 있는 프로그램으로 발전시켜야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The Creative Education through Arts(CETA) is an annual training program overseen by the Korea Arts and Culture Education Service (KACES) which focus on expanding arts and culture education in Korea and the satisfaction survey of the training program is carried out by KACES. This study used a regression analysis to understand the satisfaction level of the overall training program and the satisfaction level of individual achievement. The survey produced the following results. First, as to whether training participants achieved his or her goals, an absolute majority of participants either achieved the desired result or accomplished more than expected. Second, a strong correlation was found between the achievement level of the participation objective and the satisfaction level of the training program. Third, the level of satisfaction distinctly varied depending on age and frequency of participation. This can be interpreted as the need to enhance the educational accomplishments of participants through a modulized step-by-step training program.
