국문 초록

우리나라는 1980년대부터 행정전산화 사업을 추진해 왔으며 전자정부(e-Government) 사업은 1990년대 후반 본격적으로 추진했다. 본 연구에서는 전자정부 행정정보 서비스 중 주민등록정보시스템(System)을 중심으로 연구했으며 주민등록정보시스템의 비즈니스(Business) 모델(Model)은 행정정보 시스템의 기초 자료로 국가의 인적 자원에 관한 기본 정보를 구축한 것이다. 전자정부는 저비용과 고효율을 실천하기 위해 필요하며 행정정보 공유시스템의 효율적인 운영을 위한 기초 자료로 주민등록정보시스템 활용이 널리 이용되고 있다. 연구를 통해 정부가 주민등록 시스템을 이용 국민을 위한 고품질의 행정 서비스를 제공하고 업무의 신속성과 효율성을 높인 것을 확인 하였다. 기존의 행정 전산화 시스템으로는 처리 할 수 없었던 전자 민원 서비스가 가능해 졌으며 인터넷 민원서비스인 전자민원 G4C를 통한 주민등록 등ㆍ초본의 인터넷 발급이 가능해지고 증명서 발급에 따른 비용 절감과 국민서비스 향상을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Research was pursued with focus on model for resident registration data system which is an administrative information service of the e-government, and the resident registration data system, which forms the basic data for the administrative information system, was established as the fundamental data on human resources of the nation. The e-government needs the resident registration data system in order to accomplish low cost and high efficiency in its administrative activities is using the resident registration data system widely as the basic data for efficient operation of administrative information sharing system. Through this study, it was confirmed that the government provided high quality administrative services and enhanced expedience and efficiency of works through utilization of the resident registration data system. In addition, it was confirmed that issuance of transcript and abstract of resident registration through electroniccivil service, G4C, which is a internet civil service, became possible and thereby achieved reduction in cost of issuance of certificate and improvement of services for the people.
