상업계고등학교 컴퓨터 일반 교과서 분석과 개선방안

국문 초록

본 논문은 우리나라의 컴퓨터 교육 과정을 알아보고, 현재 상업계 고등학교에서 사용되고 있는 8종의 "컴퓨터 일반"교과서를 대상으로 교과서 내용분석과 출제문항 분석을 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육부에서 제시한 6개의 대단원 중 지정된 대단원명이 없거나, 다른 단원에 소단원으로 내용을 포함시키는 등 단원별 비중에서 다양한 차이를 두고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 교육부에서 제시한 교과서 기준 분량(쪽수)에 적합한 교과서는 두 개 교과서 뿐이고 나머지 여섯 개 교과서는 기준에 미달된 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 셋째, 교육부 성취기준에 따른 단원별 학습이 일부 교과서에서 누락된 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 넷째, 특정한 성취기준에서는 내용이 없는 교과서들이 더 많아 교과서의 선택여부에 따라 대외적으로 평가를 받는 경우 불이익을 받을 수 있다. 컴퓨터 일반 교과서의 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집필진에 따라 구성 면에서는 차이가 있어도 중요한 내용은 누락되지 않도록 집필자와 심사자는 책임감을 가지고 질 좋은 교과서가 되도록 노력해야 하며, 둘째 교육부의 교과서 집필규정을 준수함은 물론 교육부에서 지정한 단원이 누락되지 않도록 해야 한다. 셋째 교사는 철저한 비교·분석을 통해 가장 적합한 교과서를 선택하고, 집필자는 끊임없는 교재연구를 통한 다양한 자료를 매년 수정 보완하여야 한다.

영문 초록

This study will analyze the "General Computer" textbooks of commercial high schools, where the computer education has been provided to breed leading professionals in globalization and information age. The purpose of this study is; giving useful information to teachers. making suggestions on new textbook development, eventually into being helpful for the computer education in commercial high schools. For this purpose, review of computer curriculum in Korea was made, analyzing the eight textbooks of "General Computer" to determine whether the education was made according to the Curriculum. Before anything else, the result of textbook analysis and exam Question analysis are; First, the weights given to some specific Main Chapter out of the six Main Chapters recommended by the Education Ministry, were varied by the authors" intentions within the textbooks; some Main Chapters did not at all appeared or were just put as minor chapters under other greater chapters. Second, only two textbooks satisfied the Education Ministry"s quantitative standard (the number of pages) with the other six ones below the standard. Third, though the Learning by chapters method according to the Education Ministry"s achievement standard was working on most of the textbooks, there were some textbooks which failed to have all the right contents, which means you have to be careful in textbook choice. Fourth, the comparison and analysis that each textbook gave how much weights on the contents placed on the Scholastic Aptitude Test, revealed that some textbooks did not deal with some of those contents. Admitting that this study was not verified practically on the very spot, in commercial high schools, and thus there are something to be desired to be a thorough analysis, but hopefully, it can be a little helpful for efficient computer education.
