국문 초록

다문화가정 바둑보급 사업은 다문화가정의 사회적ㆍ문화적ㆍ정서적 안정화에 기여를 하기위해 다문화가정의 결혼이주여성과 자녀를 대상으로 바둑교육과정을 개설하여 2011년 10월부터 시범교실을 운영하고 있는 바둑교육 프로그램이다. 이 연구에서는 다문화가정 바둑보급사업의 운영 내용을 분석하여 현황과 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 통해 본 사업의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 다문화가정 바둑보급 사업은 평가결과 전체적으로 본 사업에 참여하는 바둑교육지도자의 인식과 의지가 높은 편이며 긍정적인 분위기속에서 수업이 진행되었기 때문에 향후 체계적인 교육 자료와 교수매체 등이 개선된다면 사업이 성공적으로 달성될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 향후 본 연구에서 검토된 내용들이 정책결정에 반영 된다연 결혼이주여성가정 뿐만 아니라 한국에 거주하는 이주민이 한국 사회의 구성원으로 성장함에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

영문 초록

Baduk distribution project for multicultural families opened Baduk education course targeting married migrant women and their children. This Baduk education program has conducted model operations since October, 2011 to contribute to the social, cultural, and emotional stability of multicultural families. In this regard, this study attempted to identify current conditions and problems of Baduk distribution project, and suggest improvement methods by analyzing the operational contents of Baduk distribution project in multicultural families. The evaluation results on Baduk distribution project for multicultural families showed that awareness and willingness of Baduk instructors who participate in this project tend to be high. In particular, the class has been taught in a positive atmosphere. Therefore, if systematic educational materials and instructional media are in1proved, it is expected that this project will be succeeded. Therefore, if contents, reviewed in this study are reflected in a policy decision, it will contribute to the growth of inunigrants who reside in Korea as well as married migrant women as members of Korean society.
