국문 초록

본 연구는 여성장애인 취업과 관련한 고용주 인식을 일반사업체 고용주와 직업재활시설장 두 집단 간에 직무, 제도, 사회적 환경 관련요인에 대한 인식 정도의 차이를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 고용주가 인식하는 여성장애인의 고충사항으로는 직무의 제한 또는 어려움이 가장 높게 나타났고, 고용 저해요인으로는 직업훈련 및 기술교육경험의 부족이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 여성장애인 고용에 있어 일반사업체 고용주와 직업재활시설장과의 인식 수준을 살펴본 결과, 세 가지 영역(직무, 제도, 사회적 환경)은 전체적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 전체적으로 직업재활시설장이 일반사업체 고용주보다 여성장애인에 대한 인식 수준이 높게 나타났다. 일반사업체 고용주의 경우, 여성장애인의 직무와 관련한 부분에서 가장 부정적인 인식을 보였는데 특히, 비용요인에서 평균 보다 다소 낮은 수준의 인식을 보였으며 제도와 관련한 부분에서는 평균보다 다소 높은 수준의 인식을 보여 제도의 필요성을 인지하고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine employers' perception of employment among women with disabilities using several research variables selected based on the literature review. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the research finding suggested that the highest complaint ranked from the research participants was difficulty to adjust at work. They also complained about a lack of job training opportunities and education of vocational skills. This experience was perceived as the greatest hindrance factor of employment. Second, the result of examining the perception of employers involved in general business and directors of job rehabilitation facility in employing the female disabled, demonstrated significant difference on the whole in three areas(job, institution, and social environment) and directors of job rehabilitation facility had higher perception of the female disabled than employers of general business on the whole. Employers in the general business area showed the most negative perception in the job-related area, especially lower than the average on the cost factor, and somewhat higher level of perception than the average in the institution-related area, implying that they realize institutional requirement.
