국문 초록

최근 지적 분야에서 공간적으로 이용 가능한 사회에 부합하는 효율적ㆍ혁신적 방법론으로서 크라우드소싱의 활용이 현실적 대안으로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지적혁신을 위한 크라우드소싱의 적용 가능성을 검토하여 향후 지적혁신 수단으로서 크라우드소싱 활용 방향을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 지적업무 및 크라우드소싱으로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사와 인터넷조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 연구방법에 따른 기술적 접근방법과 연구의 유용성에 따른 체재론적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점 및 내용에서 검토되었다. 첫째, 지적혁신과 크라우드소싱의 관계는 지적혁신의 의의, 지적혁신과 크라우드소싱의 관계, 선행연구 및 접근 틀 차원에서 검토하였다. 둘째, 크라우드소싱 적용 가능 사례 검토는 지적조사ㆍ통계 관리, 지적민원 관리, 통합 및 3차원지적 관리 관점에서 접근하였다. 셋째, 크라우드소싱 적용 방향은 플랫폼의 단일화, 지적업무의 구조적 혁신, 문제해결에 따른 보상체계의 다양화, 크라우드소싱 정보 인증제도의 마련 등의 관점에서 이루어졌다.

영문 초록

Recently, application of crowdsorucing is emerging as a practical alternative which is an effective and innovative methodology corresponding to spatially enabled society. Thus, the purpose of this study is to review utilization directions of crowdsourcing as a means of cadastral reform in future by reviewing its applicability. The research subject was limited to cadastral affairs and crowdsourcing. Survey was carried on through collecting the data by literature review and website search, and a descriptive and systematic approach is applied concurrently. The conclusion of the study are produced from three following aspects as follows: First, the relation between crowdsourcing and cadastral reform was reviewed in terms of a meaning of cadastral reform, the relation, the preceding research, and the approach framework. Second, the case study of applicable crowdsourcing was applied as a viewpoint management of cadastral survey·statistics, cadastral civil affairs, integrated and 3D cadastre. Finally, the direction of its application was reviewed considering the following details such as the unification of platforms, the structural reform of cadastral affairs, the diversification of reward systems, the authentication of crowsourced information.
