학교 노동교육으로서의 ‘노사관계 교육’ 을 위한 실천전략 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 우리나라 학교 노동교육에 있어서 노사관계 교육을 위한 내용과 방법상의 개선이 필요하다는 점을 전제로 하여 균형적 노사관계의 인식정립 및 학습기회를 보장하기 위한 실천전략을 탐색하고자 하였다. 특히 학교 노동교육에 관한 추상적인 담론 수준에서 머물지 않고 노사관계에서 비롯된 쟁점 해결을 위한 실천전략으로서 구체적인 교수⋅학습 방법을 제시해 보고자 하였다. 물론 학교 노동교육으로서의 노사관계 교육 차원에서 수행되어야 할 내용 및 방법상의 범주가 광범위할 수 있다는 한계가 있으나, 최근 한국 사회의 산업 및 노동계에서 주요 이슈가 되고 있는 ‘밤샘노동 철폐 문제’를 중심으로 교수⋅학습 과정안구상을 통해 노사관계 교육의 실천 가능성을 탐색하였다는 점에 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과, 1) 노동과 노사관계의 올바른 정의, 2) 근로자와 사용자의 권리와 책임, 3) 노사 갈등 상황의 해결 방법 등을 노사관계 교육의 주요 내용으로 구성하고, 그에 관한 교육 방법으로는 올바른 노사관을 정립하고 문제해결력을 기를 수 있는 논쟁문제수업의 교수법에 기초한 교수⋅학습 과정안의 설계와 그에 따른 실천을 강조하였다.

영문 초록

This study, in relation to our labor education at school, is to find out practical strategies for the recognition of balanced labor management relations and learning opportunities, based on the premise that there has been a need for improvement in the contents and methods of education of labor management relations. Above all, moving beyond abstract discussion, this study aims to provide specific teaching and learning methods as practical strategies to settle down the disputes that stemmed from labor management relations. Although it can be a limit that the categories of contents and methodologies are extensive that should be dealt in terms of the education of labor management relations as labor education at school, this study can be meaningful in that it looks into the practical possibilities of education of labor management relations, through making a lesson plan that centers on ‘the matter of abolishing overnight duty’, which is one of the big issues in the industrial and labor world of Korea. This study, as a result, suggests that the main contents in the education of labor management relations should be about 1) appropriate definition of labor and labor management relations, 2) authority and responsibility of laborers and employers, and 3) solutions to labor-management dispute, and , as for the corresponding instructional method, it should be emphasized that we make lesson plans, based on controversial issues-teaching method that would help establish appropriate perspective of labor-management and enhance problem-solving competence, and put them into practice.
