국문 초록

본 논문은 신제품 생산 시설과 회수제품 재생 시설로 이루어진 역공급망을 다루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 혼성 생산 시스템 운영에서 발생하는 수익을 최대화하기 위한 신제품 생산과 회수제품재생 의사 결정을 통합적으로 구현하는 문제를 연구한다. 시장 수요는 신제품과 재생제품 재고를 통해 충족되게 된다. 판매된 제품들은 사용 후 회수될 수 있으며, 시스템은 회수제품들에 대해 재생 또는 폐기 처분 의사 결정을 내리게 된다. 본 논문은 최적 신제품 생산과 회수제품에 대한 페기 처분 의사 결정의 구조가 두 개의 전환 곡선으로 이루어짐을 분석하였고, 파라미터 값들의 변화가 최적 정책에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 또한, 본 논문은 폐기 처분 옵션이 시스템 수행도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 수치 실험을 수행하였다. 한편, 최적 정책의 함수적 특성을 토대로 휴리스틱 정책을 개발하였으며, 수치 실험을 통해 휴리스틱 수행도의 효과성을 입증하였다.

영문 초록

This paper considers a reverse supply chain model with a production facility and a recovery facility for products returned after usage. We address the joint production and disposal decisions which maximize the profits to manage this hybrid production system. Market demands are satisfied from on-hand inventory of serviceable products which indicate manufactured or remanufactured finished goods. Sold products may be returned after usage and each return is accepted for recovery or disposed of. Accepted returns, after recovered, are converted into serviceable products. We examine the structure of the optimal production and disposal policy as two monotone switching curves, and analyze how parameters change affects the optimal policy. Performance comparison is numerically implemented between the models with and without disposal option under different operating conditions of the system. We develop a simple heuristic and numerical test results demonstrate its effectiveness.
