국문 초록

세계적인 IT 강국에 살고 있는 한국의 청년층은 취업에 필요한 정보를 어데서 구할까? 정보 사회가 도래한 1990년대 이래 청년층은 일상생활의 상당 시간을 웹사이트에서 보내고 있다는 관련 자료 분석결과를 살펴볼 때 취업관련 정보 역시 on-line에서 구할 것이라는 전제를 할 수 있다. 특히 2008년 이후 글로벌경제위기 도래에 따른 청년층 고용위기가 전세계적으로 심각한 상황 하에서 고용증대 없는 경제성장이 몇 년째 계속되고 있는 한국의 경우, 다른 연령층에 비해 실업률이 심각한 수준에 있는 청년층은 구직에 도움이 되는 취업정보 제공 관련 웹사이트를 제대로 파악하고 있는지? 그리고 여기에서 얻게 된 정보를 제대로 활용하고 있는지? 취업관련 웹사이트에서 제공되는 정보의 청년층 실업률 해소에 대한 효과성, 그리고 청년층들의 정보에 대한 접근, 그리고 활용 측면에서 과연 얼마나 취업에 도움이 되는 정보를 제공받고 있는지에 대한 몇 가지 물음에 대하여 답을 얻기 위해 취업정보를 제공하고 있는 공공기관의 웹사이트 가운데 사전조사를 통해 선정된 웹사이트에 대하여 전문계 고교 2,3학년과 전문대학 재학생들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 조사항목으로는 관련 선행연구분석을 통해 파악된 웹사이트 평가지표와 정보접근 및 정보활용 분석지표를 선정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과가 시사하는 바는 정보접근성 및 활동도 제고를 통한 청년층 고용증진부분에서는 정보접근성 측면에서 관계당국의 정책지원이 선행되어져야 하며, 정보활용성 측면에서는 공공부문과 민간부문 공히 제공 되어지는 정보의 이용도 보다는 정보의 질이 향상되어야 비전 있는 지속가능한 제도 및 정책 수립과 함께 명실 공히 청년층 고용시장의 안정화에 기여할 것이라는 점이다.

영문 초록

This research intended to study how the youth being at a job crisis world would look out for a job information through the web site and think about the digital divide including the information access and information use after the service of the electronic government from 2001. Particularly, after the e_Government period comes, there have been many kinds of digital divide among the poorly youth. In this study some variables were used such as social background of individual, physical approach, support of contents, education and policy, quality of utilization(degree of goal achievement), scope of use(the degree of utilization of information), and the perspective of digital divide. The three hypotheses were set up and tested for analysis through the statistical methodology such as factor analysis, ANOVA, F-test, regression(for beta test) etc. for analysis. These hypotheses were totally accepted at the level of 5%. Based on the above findings, we can conclude next; Firstly, the youth would expect that they prefer the increase of information and the expansion of information use to the qualitative support of information, and through it the bridging digital divide would be accomplished. Secondly, they might recognize that the digital divide could be bridged by the intensification of physical access through the expansion of governmental support, and by the educational support of use technology. Finally it would be expected that the outcomes of this study would contribute to making policy and research concerned.
