국문 초록

본 연구는 결혼이주여성이 보유한 다양한 자원이 이들의 가족관계와 삶의 만족에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보았다. 결혼이주여성이 보유한 자원은 계층자원, 거주국자원, 모국자원, 시민자원 등 네 유형으로 구분하여 보유자원이 가족관계 만족과 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 가족관계 만족도 모델에서는 계층자원 중 한국어수준, 본인학력, 배우자학력, 본인 및 배우자 취업여부, 가구소득이 유의미하였고, 거주국자원은 한국인과의 사회적 관계망과 한국인의 사회적 지지가 유의미하였다. 모국자원도 유의미하기는 하였으나, 모국인 사회적 관계망은 정적 영향을 주었으나, 모국인 사회적 지지는 부적 영향을 주었다. 시민자원도 유의미하였으나, 영향력은 예상과는 달리 부적인 것으로 판명되었다. 삶의 만족 모델에서는 계층자원 중 한국어수준, 본인 학력, 배우자 학력, 본인 및 배우자 취업 가구소득 등이 유의미하였다. 거주국자원인 한국인과의 사회적 관계망과 한국인의 사회적 지지는 모두 유의미한 정적 영향을 주고 있었다. 모국자원의 경우 모국인과의 사회적관계망은 정적 영향을 주고 있었으나, 모국인의 사회적 지지는 부적 영향을 주었다. 시민자원의 영향력도 유의하였다. 단 영향력은 부적이었다. 가족관계와 삶의 만족 변수의 변수 간관계를 살펴 본 결과 결혼이주여성의 삶의 만족은 가족관계를 통해서 매개됨이 판명되었고, 가족관계의 직접적 영향력은 다른 어떠한 요인보다 가장 큼을 알 수 있었다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 결혼이주여성의 삶의 질 제고를 위한 정책방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study examines the influence of the immigrant women's resources on their satisfaction with their family relations and life. In particular, the impacts of the four types of resources were investigated. In the satisfaction with family relations models, class resources, including Korean language fluency, education, spouse's education, their and spouse labor participation and family income were significant, and family resources including network with the Koreans and social support by the Koreans were significant. Both of hosting country resources were also significant. While ethnic resources were significant, the sign of the social support from the same ethnic group was the opposite to what was expected. Although the influence of the civil resources was significant, the sign was negative. In the models of satisfaction with life, most of resources had significant impact. Class resources, such as Korean language fluency, their education, spouse's education, their and spouse's employment and family income were significant. Both hosting country resources, including social relationship with the Koreans and social support by the Koreans were significant and their impact was positive. The impact of the two ethnic resources were significant, but the sign of the social support from the same ethnic group was negative. The impact of civil resources was significant but the sign was negative. The family relations mediated the impact of the four types of resources on life satisfaction, implying that not only resources per se, but also family relations were important in maintaining the quality of their lives. Moreover, the degree of the direct impact of family relations on satisfaction with life was highest out of all the factors. Based on the findings, this study discussed policy implications.
