영문 초록

Holistic education have an innovative possibilities in educational settings. Implementing of practical arts subject in classroom is one important way to realization for holistic education. The purposes of the study were to induce the paradigm of holism for education, and to discuss the strategies of implementation for practical arts subject. The results of the study were as follows : 1) The paradigm of Holism for educational settings were Spirituality, Wholeness of human experience, Connections and Integration, Cooperation and Community, Creativity. 2) The instructional strategies of the Practical Arts Subject based on the Paradigm of Holistic Education were Hands on Learning, Character centered Education, Integrated curriculum, Cooperative and Problem solving learning approach
