유아 사고력 증진 프로그램이 유아의 자아존중감 및 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아 사고력 증진 프로그램의 적용의 효과를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다. 연구목적 달성을 위하여 두 가지 연구문제가 설정되었다. 첫째, 유아 사고력 증진 프로그램이 유아의 자아존중감에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 둘째, 유아 사고력 증진 프로그램이 유아의 셀프리더십에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 연구대상으로 실헙집단 38명, 비교집단 41명 총 79명을 선정하여 실험집단은 16주 동안 매주 1회씩 16회의 사고력 증진 프로그램을 적용하였고, 비교집단은 일상적인 유아교육과정을 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 사고력 증진 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단 유아는 비교집단 유아에 비하여 자아존중감 점수가 높게 나타났다. 둘째. 사고력 증진 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단 유아는 비교집단 유아에 비하여 셀프리더십 점수가 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims to educate children of five years age in the thinking enhancement educational program and examine its effectiveness on the self-leadership and self-esteem of children. To achieve this goal, we can ask a question as follows: 1. What about the effect of children thinking enhancement program on the children self-leadership? 2. What about the effect of children thinking enhancement program on the children self-esteem? This study examined a total of 79 children of five years in Korean age: 38 subjects at experimental group, and 41 subjects at control group at two kindergartens located in Gwangju city. For the experimental group of kindergartener, the thinking enhancement program was applied 16 times during a period of 16 weeks. To look at the experimental examination sheet designed to measure children's self-leadership, reliability, validity, and questions of good was .928 and, to look at the sheet designed to measure self-esteem, reliability was Cronbach's α .802. For data analysis, independent sample t test and correlation was performed. The findings in this study are as follows: First, infants in experimental group who received thinking enhancement program have a significant impact on their self-leadership, compared to those in control group. Second. infants in experimental group who received thinking enhancement program have a significant impact on their self-esteem, compared to those in control group.
