영문 초록

The Korea government have been operating to unfair international trade system such as intellectual property rights infringement, country-of-origin infringement. This subject of study is a study on competition law introduction in Anti-dumping duties system of trade remedies. Today, the U.S. has been demanded to further open the South Korean market for its cars and medical products, and South Korea is calling the U.S. to change its anti-dumping laws. Due to differences in economic conditions and experience in competition law enforcement, it is not an easy task to coordinate the contents and enforcement of competition law. Moreover, to strengthen the capability of developing countries to efficiently and effectively enforce competition law, we should spare no effort to enhance cooperation. Now a day, World all nation should be competition law act to maximization of international trade about nation welfare level, and customs satisfaction.
