국문 초록

중국에서 많은 기업들이 인터넷을 통하여 상거래를 하고 있고 B2B, B2C 그리고C2C간을 구별하는 것이 일반화되었다. 전자상거래는 중국전역에 산재되어 있는 아주많은 고객들에게 중소규모의 선적품을 관리할 수 있도록 하는 좀 더 복합한 전체물류시스템의 구축을 유발하고 있다.현재 중국의 물류시스템은 전자상거래 발전의 저해요인 중 하나가 되어 왔다. 전자상거래의 발전은 기업내부, 상이한 기업간, 그리고 기업과 고객간의 거래자료교환을원활하게 하고 신속하게 하고 있다.본 논문의 연구목적 중국 전자상거래에서의 물류의 문제점과 해결방안을 모색함으로써 중국 전자상거래의 활성화에 기여하는 것이다.

영문 초록

An increasing number of companies make commercial transactions through the internet in China and it is common to distinguish between B2B and B2C and C2C transactions. e-commerce results in a more complex organization of the entire logistics system which should be able to manage small-and medium-size shipments to a number of customers scattered around the China. At present, China's logistics system has become one of the bottle-necks in the development of e-commerce. The development of e-commerce streamlines and quickens the business data interchange inside the company, among the various companies and between the companies and the customers. The purpose of this paper is to contribute the activation of e-commerce in China by studying the problems and solutions of logistics in e-commerce.
