노사관계연구의 발전과 전망

국문 초록

본 논문은 인사관리학회 창립 30주년을 기념해 인사관리학회의 학술지인 『인사관리연구』의 노사관계 분야에 대한 학술적 공헌을 평가하고 앞으로의 발전을 위한 전망을 모색하는 차원에서 기획되었다. 인사관리연구는 1980년부터 2008년 말까지 총 32집이 발행되었으며 게재된 총 논문은 586편이었고 그 가운데 노사관계 분야의 연구논문은 101편이 게 재되어 약 17.2%의 점유율을 보여주고 있다. 연구주제는 시기에 따라 변화된 것으로 분석되었다. 1980년대의 연구주제는 다양한 이슈에 고루 분산되어 있었으나 1987년∼1997년 시기 동안에는 ‘임금 및 보상’의 문제에 집중되는 경향을 보여주고 있다. 외환위기를 경험한 후인 1998년 이후로는 고용관리 및 고용조정과 노동유연화 및 비정규직에 관련된 이슈들이 중심적인 테마로 나타나고 있다. 연구분석의 단위는 거시적 차원에서 미시적 차원으로 이행하는 경향을 보여주고 있으며, 연구의 종류 또한 개념연구에서 실증연구로의 변화가 현저하다. 아울러 문헌자료 비중이 점차 줄어들 고 통계자료(횡단자료)의 비중이 꾸준히 증가하고 있음 또한 중요한 변화의 경향으로 보인다.

영문 초록

In this study, we evaluate the research progress in a branch of employment and industrial relations and try to find a way to make a future development of this academic area through reviewing the relevant articles published in The Korean J ournal of Human Resource Management(KJHRM). From the first volume in 1980 to the recent publication on December 2008, the KJHRM issued 32 volumes and published 586 articles. Among the articles, the articles in industrial relations branch were 101 and those come to 17.8% of the total articles. We try to classify and analyse the articles by the issues, topics, and methods. As a result, we find several interesting facts. From 1987 to 1997, the main research topic was focused on wage and compensation, whereas the topics had been changed to labor flexibility and contingent work (workers) since the financial crisis in 1998. In addition, the analytical level in researches also changed from macro dimension to micro area, and also the portion of empirical studies has been much greater than that of conceptual researches. Lastly, we also find that the articles which make use statistical data have been increased steadily but the researches based on literature have been decreased consistently.
