장애인복지시설 사회복지사의 보수교육 활성화 방안

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인복지시설에서 종사하고 있는 사회복지사의 보수교육활성화 빙반올 모색하고자 전국의 장애인복지시설에서 종사하는 사회복지사 명올 대상갇로 보수교육 참여경험 보수 교육 만족도와 관심도 그라고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다 연구결과 사회복지사 보수교육의 엽무도움정도에 대한 인식의 차이는 급자격증 소지자 일수록 직위가 높을수록 보수교육이 엽무에 도움이 된다고 하였으며 그라고 보수교육의 참여횟수는 보수교육의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌다 또한 성별 사회복지사 자격급수 직위는 보수교육의 관심도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다 이에 실천적으로 사회복지사의 성별 직위 자격급수등 인구 사회학적 특성에 따른 다양한 보수교육프로그램의 개발과 지원방안을 정부와 가관차원에서 개발 할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The study is to identify measures to enhance continuing education for social workers, working in institutes for persons with disabilities. A survey, participated by 256 social workers working in the field, was conducted on three areas : experience of continuing education, degree of satisfaction and interest in the courses, and significant factors affecting their satisfaction and participation. The outcome showed that the higher social workers post (1st level of qualification) gets, the higher satisfaction level goes. The frequency of participation in the course is found influencing the degree of satisfaction on the course. Furthermore, gender differences, levels of social work qualification and positions are found as factors, affecting the degree of interest in the continuing education. Therefore. the Government and institutes are required to develop appropriate programs and supports, in accordance with sociology of population such as gender differences, positions and levels of social work qualification.
