정신과 실습학생의 실습만족과 정신장애에 대한 태도 차이 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 정신과실습학생의 실습만족과 정신장애에 대한 태도 차이를 살펴보기 위한 부산・경남지역에 소재하는 3개 대학의 간호학과 전공학생과 6개 대학의 사호복지학과 전공학생 168명을 대상으로 설문조사를 행했다. 그 결과, 정신장애에 대한 태도의 학위영역인 지역사회정신보건개념은 실습만족과 정적상관관계를 보였고, 권위의식과 사회생활제한은 실습만족과 부적상관관계를 보였다. 실습만족에서 학생들의 실습지도교수에 대한 만족과 실습내용에 만족은 상대적으로 높았지만, 실습기관에 대한 만족과 수퍼비젼의 만족은 상대적으로 낮았다. 사회복지학 전공학생의 지역사회셋팅에서의 수퍼비젼 만족은 가장 높았다. 정신장애에 대한 태도에서 학생들의 권위의식과 사회생활제한은 다소 부정적이었다. 지역사회셋팅에서 실습한 학생의 지역사회정신보건개념은 가장 높았다. 결과를 토대로 몇 가지 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 양 전공학생의 학문적상이성을 고려하되 지역사회정신보건기관에서의 실습비중을 늘려야 되며, 다학제간 팀 접근이 이루어지는 실습내용이 구성되어야 하고, 학교 정신보건담당교수와 현장 정신보건실습 담당자들 사이의 실습계획의 충분한 의논과 협력 그리고 실습평가가 이루어져야 하며, 이를 실습계획에 반영하려는 노력이 필요하다고 하겠다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the difference of practicum satisfaction and attitude toward mental disorder between nursing student and social welfare student who were experienced psychiatric practicum. the subjects for the survey were 168 students who majoring in nursing and social welfare in colleges and universities in Busan Metropolitan City, Gyeongsangnam Province. The results were as follows: Practicum satisfaction and CAMI were correlated. All students are satisfied with advisor and practicum contents more than practicum fields and supervision. Social welfare students who practiced in community settings were most satisfied with supervision. All Students had negative attitudes about authoritarianism and social restrictiveness. All students who practiced in community settings had community mental health ideology the most. We suggest as follows: When considering the academic difference of two major, the practicum in community mental health settings needs to be put a weight; Inter-disciplinary team approach in practicum contents needs to be consisted for the future community mental health work; Practicum system needs to be develop. which will facilitate enough discussion and collaboration between professor and field supervisor, and help to evaluate students' practicum satisfaction.
