대학생 소비윤리 교육프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들이 현대사회를 살아가는 소비자의 책임인 윤리적 소비를 실천할 수 있는 역량을 강화하기 위한 소비윤리 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 즉 대학교에서 운용할 수 있는 소비윤리 교과의 내용과 방법론을 개발하여 보급하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 선행연구를 고찰하고 소비자학 연구자들의 브레인 스토밍과정을 거쳐 소비윤리의 개념과 실천영역을 정립하고 이를 기초로 소비윤리의 교육내용을 선정하였다. 다음으로 기존에 소비자교육에서 사용하는 방법론과 윤리나 가치를 교육하는 방법론 등을 탐색하여 본 교육프로그램에 적합한 교육방법을 확정하여 교육프로그램 안을 작성하였다. 교육프로그램의 완성도 평가를 위해 작성된 교육프로그램의 내용에 따라 교육을 실시하였는데, 교육을 실행하기 전에 수강생의 사전 인식수준을 파악하기위해 소비윤리에 대한 인식과 실천의 현황을 조사하고, 교육프로그램의 효과와 타당성을 분석하기위해 교육 프로그램을 실행한 후에 인식과 실천의 변화에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 아울러 소비윤리 교육프로그램 자체에 대한 수강생들의 평가를 실시하여 이를 토대로 프로그램을 수정 보완하여 최종 프로그램을 완성하였다. 본 소비윤리 교육프로그램은 소비윤리에 대한 개념적 이해를 토대로 구체적인 행동으로 실천할 수 있는 윤리적 소비 능력을 이끌어내는데 역점을 둔 능동적인 학생 참여중심의 교육프로그램이라는 특성을 가진다. 본 프로그램은 초등, 중등, 고등, 일반 성인 등 교육대상 수준에 맞추어 교육프로그램을 적절히 응용하여 활용 할 수 있으며 소비윤리의 중요성에 비추어볼 때 대학에서 소비자학 전공은 물론이고 일반 학생들을 위한 교양과목으로 확대하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해서 제시된 교육프로그램의 강의 내용과 방법을 담은 교재개발이 시급하고 강의담당자 사이에 정보를 공유할 수 있는 사이트가 운영되는 것이 바람직할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop the education program on ethics of consumption which could do strengthen the capacities to let the undergraduates practice ethical consumption. Namely, It aims to develop and extend education program which could do make full use of a thing for the universities. For this study, it continues beyond considering previous studies, brainstorming among researchers in accordance with forming the concept and the practice fields of ethical consumption. After that, the education program was constructed through searching it from the methods of existing consumer educations and educations on ethics & values. Education was conducted by the education program draft and pre & post research about cognition and practice on ethical consumption was implemented. Final education program was accomplished through correction and supplementation by estimation about the program of the trainee. This education program on ethics of consumption has the attributes which is active participation-focus, that is helpful to lead the ethical consumption capacity that is practiced to the specific behavior. This program could be applied to the various targets which are elementary school students, secondary school students, high school students, adults, and it is possible to expand to the liberal arts besides a subject of special study in consumer science. For this, it is urgent to develop the teaching materials and it is desirable to open the information to the on-line site among the persons in charge of lecture.
