태권도학과 재학생의 진로의식 성숙도와 진로탐색 행동에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 태권도학과 재학생의 진로의식 성숙도와 진로탐색행동의 관계를 규명함으로써, 향후 전 세계 태권도계를 이끌어갈 지도자들의 올바른 양성방안이 무엇인지를 고찰하는데 연구의 필요성이 있다. 이에 따라 연구를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 변인에 따른 진로의식 성숙도의 차이를 검증한 결과 학년 간 진로의식 성숙도에서 진로독립에서 유의한차이가 나타났고 어학, 정보수집, 직업체험 자격증, 전공과진학에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 진로탐색에서는 2학년보다 3학년이, 전공과진학에서는 1학년보다 3학년이 높게 나타났고 정보수집, 직업체험은 전공과 진학요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 가계수준에 있어 보통인 학생보다 가계수준이 여유로운 학생의 경우 진로탐색과 자격증, 어학, 취업준비활동이 더욱 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims to uncover the relationship between career sense maturity and career searching behavior of college students majoring in Taekwondo studies and speculate the right way to educate future leaders of the world Taekwondo society. I conducted a survey using convenience sampling of 315 students who are attending Taekwondo studies in Kyunghee University, Kyungwon University, and Suwon Science College in the present of the year 2007. The result from analysis in career searching differences according to demographical variables, junior year group shows higher result than freshman and sophomore year group. Also there are meaningful distinctions in career searching factor along with hometown, and in information collection and job experience with level of significance of 0.001, and for qualification, in major and further studies. After analyzing career searching behavior according to level of household, it shows that students with ordinary household are high in searching a job, while students with rich household are high in job experiences and in job preparation such as language skill and qualification. The career independence has correlation with language skill, qualification, major, further studies, and information collection in order. Also negotiation level is meaningfully connected with major, further studies, job experiences, and qualification in order.
