국문 초록

2000년 의약분업과 2006년 한미 FTA 협상 이슈로 인해 국내 제약산업은 커다란 변화를 맞이하였다. 미국의 의약품 시장의 개방 촉구와 지적재산권 보호를 강화시키는 내용의 허가-특허 연계,특허권 연장, 혁신신약의 대상 확대 및 가격인상 등을 지속적으로 주장하고 있는 현실을 감안 할 때,한미 FTA가 미국측의 요구를 상당부분 수용하여 체결된다면 국내 제약산업에 상당한 영향을 미치는 것은 불가피한 상황이다. 이 연구의 목적은 독립변수인 제약 산업의 전략유형,조직역량,조직구조별로 각각의 성과와 내적관계의 분석에 따른 특성,상호관계에 따라서 종속변수인 경영성과에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고자 한다. 이러한 연구의 목적이 달성되게 된다면 제약 산업의 포괄적인 전략모형을 수립할 수 있는 이론적 기초를 확립하게 될 것이며,제약 산업의 경영관리와 마케팅관리자에게 전략의 유형과 조직역량,조직구조간의 조화된 경영과 실무적인 관리전략 도입이 경제적 이익에 우선한 전략임을 알 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

With the division of works between pharmacy and medical service in 2000 and the Korea-U.S. FTA negotiation issues in 2006, the domestic pharmaceutical industry became to face a great change. Given the reality where the USA is urging to open our drug markets and is persistently insisting linkages between permissions and patenting aiming at strengthened protection of intellectual property rights, extended patent rights, enlarged scopes of innovative new drugs and increased prices, significant influences on domestic pharmaceutical industries are unavoidable. The objective of this study is to grasp the performances of independent variables such as the types of strategies, organizational capacities and organizational structures of pharmaceutical industries, their characteristics based on analyses of internal relationships and their influences on the dependent variable, i.e., management outcomes based on their mutual relationships. If this objective of the study is achieved, a theoretical basis to prepare comprehensive strategy models of pharmaceutical industries will be established and it will be able to identify that the management harmonizing between the types of strategies, organizational capacities and organizational structures and the introduction of practical management strategies are strategies that precede economic interests for administrative managers and marketing managers in pharmaceutical industries.
