국문 초록

물류정보시스템(Logistics Information System)이란 물류기능의 효율화뿐만 아니라 물류비용 절감과 같은 물류관리 목표를 달성하기 위해 조달과 생산 및 판매에 이르기까지 물류의 전 과정을 하나의 종합시스템(Total System)으로 파악하여 원가관리의 관점에서 물류비용 정보를 인식하고 측정하는 과정을 말한다. 본 논문은 물류정보시스템의 서비스 품질이 기업의 물류성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 이루기 위해 물류정보시스템 서비스 품질을 기존의 선행연구를 바탕으로 하여 신뢰성, 반응성, 공감성, 유형성, 확신성 등 5가지 차원으로 추출하였고, 물류성과에서는 최근 관련 연구에서 이루어지고 있는 운영적 성과와 전략적 성과의 구분을 통한 구체적인 성과 접근방식을 수용하여 이를 구분하여 각각의 영향력을 추론하였다. 본 논문의 연구 목적은 국제물류 주선업체의 관점에서 물류정보시스템의 최적화 방안을 모색하고 긍정적인 물류시스템을 구축함으로서 물류기업의 성과에 기여하고자 하는 것이다.

영문 초록

Logistics information system is a process attaining not only efficiency of logistics functions but also the goals of logistics management such as reduction of logistics cost with understanding one total system from production to selling to recognize and measure logistics cost in a point of view of cost management. This paper is analyzing how quality of service in logistics information system(LIS) has an effect on logistics performance of companies. To achieve the purpose, This paper summarizes the quality of service in LIS into five dimensions which are authenticity, reactivity, sympathy, materiality, certainty based on preceding research. In this paper, logistics performance is divided into operational and strategic logistics performances as preceding studies by accepting detailed performance approach, but also this paper infers effects of each performance. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the performance of Logistic companies by finding optimizing scheme for LIS from forwarder's point of view and building a positive logistics system.
