국문 초록

본 연구는 외국어고등학교 학생을 대상으로 성취목표지향성에 따른 귀인경향과 학교생활적응과의 관계가 어떠한지를 확인하였다. 성취목표지향의 유형을 세 집단으로 구분하고 이를 다시 상·하 집단으로 세분화 하여 설정한 후 이에 따른 귀인의 요인, 학교생활적응 요인에 따른 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 수행-접근목표지향성은 내적 귀인, 수행-회피목표지향성은 외적귀인 하는 경향이 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 숙달과 수행접근이 수행회피에 비해 학교생활적응에서도 더 긍정적인 결과를 나타내었다. 학교생활적응을 설명하는 성취목표지향성과 귀인요인들의 설명량을 확인한 결과, 외적통제 소재와 수행-회피지향성은 학교생활적응에 긍정적인 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 숙달목표지향성과 수행-접근지향성은 학교생활적응에 긍정적인 영향을 주며, 각각이 능력요인, 노력요인에 귀인하는 경향이 있었다. 이러한 결과는 숙달-노력, 수행접근-능력의 단순관계보다 성취목표지향성과 능력과 노력요인이 함께 상호작용하며 영향을 줄 때, 학교생활적응에 대한 설명량과 영향이 크게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analysis the difference between attribution tendency and Adaption of school life, according to achievement goal orientation. To accomplish this purpose, the study set up the specific question and method. The subject were 300 foreign language high school students in Kyoungki. Achivement Goal Orientation, Adaption of school life and Attribution tendency Scales were used for the survey. And the subject were seperated 20% high, 20% low groups by their achivement goal orientation score. There are the difference on attribution tendency by achievement goal orientation. Mastery goals attribute ‘effort’ their success or fail. And Performance-approach goals attribute their ‘ability’. Performance-avoidance goals attribute external thing including another person(the degree of task difficulty) or lucky. The result of examination the difference on adaption of school life by achievement goal orientation types, Mastery goals got the best adaption level. The other side, performance-avoidance goals predicted negative the adaption of school life. The study checked the variation for the adaption of school life that were described achievement goals orientation and attribution. The result found that, when Mastery Goal or Perfomance goal types interact with ‘effort’ but also ‘ability’, the adaption of school life was advanced.
