국문 초록

이 연구는 산업연관모형을 이용하여 한방산업에 대한 투자가 한방산업 및 여타산업에 미치는 직·간접적인 효과를 산업별·유발 계수별로 비교․분석한 논문이다. 특히 이 연구에서는 최근 한방산업 분야의 신산업 출현과 세분화 추세를 고려하여 기존의 연구에서 주로 사용한 통합대분류(28개 부문) 방식과는 달리 통합소분류(168개 부문) 방식을 1차 분석대상 자료로 사용하였으며, 구체적으로는 5개의 한방산업을 하나로 부문통합한 144개 부문통합 산업연관표와 5개의 한방산업을 각각 반영한 152개 부문 산업연관표를 재작성하여 분석하였다. 기존의 연구와는 달리 분석수단을 확대하여 주요 분석수단에는 산업별 각종 유발계수(생산, 부가가치, 고용, 수입) 및 영향력계수와 감응도계수, 그리고 보조 분석수단에는 산업별 기타 유발계수(피용자보수, 영업잉여, 생산세, 취업) 등 다양한 분석수단을 활용하였으며, 투자분석 결과에 따르면 한방산업의 경우 특히 생산, 부가가치, 고용 및 생산세 등 주요 거시경제변수에 직·간접적으로 미치는 경제적 파급효과가 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정부가 한방산업정책을 수립할 경우 정책효과를 상대적으로 비교할 수 있는 투자파급효과에 대한 정확한 정보를 활용할 필요가 있으며, 정부의 한방산업에 대한 투자도 이제는 한방산업별․유발계수별 파급효과의 상대적인 크기를 고려하여 좀더 종합적·체계적으로 투자관리를 해 나감으로써 국민건강 관련 예산을 좀더 효율적으로 사용하여 한방산업에 대한 투자의 효율성을 높여나가야 할 것이다. 특히 이 논문에서는 개별 한방산업별 특수성을 고려하여 투자를 안배하고 전략적으로 한방분야의 성장유망 산업을 선택·육성함으로써 향후 한방 분야의 신산업 발굴이나 창업에 도움을 줄 수 있는 판단근거를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This paper is designed to compare and analyze both the indirect and direct effects by the Input-Output analysis model which the investment on the korean medicine industry has an influence on that and other department. I did take into special consideration of the current trend of new industry appearance in the field of korean medicine industry and subdivision, Instead of using 28*28 Sector Tables which was being used in the existing research, I used 168*168 Sector Tables as the first object of analysis. I also rewrote and analyzed the Input-Output Tables. Concretely speaking, the 152*152 Sector Tables are reflecting each of five korean medicine industry and 144*144 Sector Tables are combined into one category. Unlike the existing research, I used various analyzing steps. The main way to analyze lies in all sorts of the induced coefficients such as products, value-added, employment, imports, backward linkage effect, forward linkage effect, while the subsidiary way to analyze lies in rest of the industrial induced coefficients such as employee's pay, sales surplus, product tax and employment. According to the result of investment analysis, it showed that product had far-reaching effects on the major macro economic factors such as value-added, employment and product tax, and so on. Therefore, it is also needed to analyze that the effectiveness of investing on the korean medicine industry should be raised by the integral and systematic management by the government investment on that.
