국문 초록

언어가 사유를 표현하는, 온전히 담아낼 수 있는 단순한 도구로 이해될 때 정치는 언어 “밖”에 있다. 언어는 사회의 복합적인 매체인 한에서 언어와 정치의 관계는 단순하게 이해될 수 없다. 장 자크 루소는 이 문제를 치열하게 성찰했던 사상가였고, 그의 정치사상적 사유는 바로 언어와 사회의 시원에 관한 성찰과 연결되어 논의된다. 시원적 은유가 시로서 “오류적”일 수 있다면 언어는 시원적으로 은유적인 것으로서 고려되는 것이다. 데리다가 루소의 언어이론을 해석, 해체하면서 파악하고 있듯이, 시는 그 본질상 은유적이고, 하지만 드만이 해체주의적 “이론에 대한 저항”에서 주장하고 있듯이 은유가 필연적으로 시원적 시이거나 오류일 수 있는지 여부는 분명하지 않다. 데리다는 그의 문자학에서 루소를 해석할 때 반인간주의를 후기구조주의적으로 급진화하는 가운데 개인주의적 주체와 상호주체성(상호주관성)을 개념적으로 구별하지 않음으로써 루소를 잘못 평가하고 만다. 루소는 단순하게 데리다가 집요하게 파고들어 들추어내려는 개인주의적 그 “목소리를 예찬하는 것”이 아니다. 오히려 집합적 목소리로서의 소리와 비판적 글을 예찬한다. 긍정적인 글을 “철학적으로” 매개하는 것을 비판적으로 작업하는 비판적 글이 없다면, 집합적 목소리는 긍정적 글을 심화시키는 데 도구화될 것이다. 글을 배제하는 것은 불가능하다. 이러한 맥락에서 비판적 글은 사회적 본래성의 조건이다.

영문 초록

Politics is "outside" of language, if man thinks language is thought to be only a perfect instrument expressing thoughts. However the relationships between language and politics cannot be so purely understood, in so far as language is a complex and social medium of the complex societies. According to Jean Jacques Rousseau, "un homme sauvage" can be a man of error who doesn’t know any conventionality. But it is not clear that all metaphors must be primitive and in error, as Paul de Man's presented in this thesis for "Resistance to theory" writes. Rousseau noted sees that the most important and difficult problem comes at the transition from the poesie world to the prosa world (ed-I think these are not English words; perhaps Spanish? I don’t find them in an English dictionary), from the presocial to the true social langue. At the transition, poesie functions politically as much as it does spiritually religion. Poesie as the source of eloquence, not as eloquence itself, functions politically in the prosa world. In summary a word , without a collective hypothesis, it is not impossible for the legislator to ground a body politic. The first poesie can be transformed into the world of prosa world. J. Derrida misinterprets Rousseau's theory of inter subjectivity that which is different from the theory of individualism. Rousseau argues for collective voices and writing, not an individualistic voice.
