국문 초록

언어는 인간들 사이의 소통 수단 이상의 의미를 담지하고 있다. 그리고 언어는 사회적 맥락에서 이해되어야 한다. 이 글은 히틀러의 정치권력 및 지배체제가 언어를 통해 어떠한 방식으로 장악되고, 유지되며 확대재생산 되는가를 고찰하려 한다. 히틀러체제는 히틀러 개인에 대한 숭배, 사회 전반에 걸친 개혁과 자신들의 정치적 목표를 달성하고자 하는 의도에서 언어를 대중선동과 대중조종을 위한 선전수단으로 적극적으로 활용하였다. 히틀러의 언어, 어법 및 언술행위들은 명백하게 정치성을 담지하고 있으며, 그리하여 그에 있어 언어는 정치적 행위 및 정치담론의 중요한 요인으로 기능한다. 히틀러체제는 상징성의 언어 혹은 언어의 정치화를 통해 ‘적’과 ‘동지’라는 이미지를 창출함으로써 대중들에게 일정한 사상을 주입 및 강요하고 자신들의 지배체제의 정당성을 공고히 하였다. 히틀러가 사용하고 있는 언어들은 거의 인간 이성에 대한 부정적 관점을 전제로 이루어지고 있다. 또한 이 부정은 생활공간의 확보를 통한 민족공동체의 건설을 최종목표로 하였다.

영문 초록

As is well known, language functions as possesses more than merely the means of communication between human beings by also constituting. And it is said that language constitutes the web of human thinking. Thus Language must therefore be understood in terms of social context. The purposes of this paper are to examine unravel how Hitler got, maintained and then reinforced the power through the use of language. He fully utilized his political language as means of mass agitation and mass manipulation for cultivating the worship in for himself, strengthening the position of his national socialist party in Germany and thus launching his the overall reforms for Germany. It has been proved that His political discourses have been proved to have rendered the great impact on the for political actions of the German people during his reign. Nobody would deny that Hitler created the image of 'enemies and comrades' through the symbolic use of political language and thus indoctrinated German people with the political ideas conducive to consolidating the legitimacy for his system of rule. It must be emphasized that His political language was designed to expose the negative standpoint of human reason for the final aim of constructing 'Volksgemeinschaft' through the attainment of life-space.
