경인지역 노인복지시설 종사자들의 직무스트레스 대처방식에 관한 연구

국문 초록

  본 연구는 노인복지시설 종사자들이 업무수행과정에서 경험하는 직무스트레스를 어떻게 극복하느냐에 따라 달라지는 직무만족의 수준과 직무스트레스 수준을 분석하여 조직 효율성을 증대시키는 방안을 모색하는 데에 목적이 있다.
  연구결과, 남자가 여자보다 직무만족이 더 높게 나타났고, 1,000㎡미만 규모시설 종사자와 직원 수가 10인 미만인 기관 종사자의 직무만족이 높게 나타났다.
  또한 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 두 변수가 부적 관계가 있으며, 대처방식, 즉 적극적 대처방식을 사용하고 있는 종사자의 직무만족 수준이 상대적으로 높게 드러남으로써, 대처방식의 조절효과가 입증되었다.
  따라서 노인복지시설 종사자에게 직무스트레스를 줄이고, 직무만족 수준을 높이기 위해서는 스트레스 대처하는 적극적 방식에 대한 교육이 필요함을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

  In this study, the primary goal is to analyze the level of job satisfaction and job related stress of the employees in welfare institutions for the aged, which is affected by the way how to overcome job related stress experienced in the course of normal work duty, and search for a solution to improve the efficiency of the organization.
  This study showed that male employees had higher job satisfaction than female employees and the employees in the institutions whose size is less than 1,000㎡ and employee number is less than 10, had higher job satisfaction.
  In addition to that, it was proved that job related stress and job satisfaction had a negative correlation and the employees who actively coped with the problems showed higher job satisfaction. The way to handle the stress had the regulating effect on job satisfaction.
  Therefore, the education for the handling job related stress actively should be introduced to reduce the job related stress and enhance the job satisfaction of the employees in welfare institutions for the aged.
